TYPICAL FOODS


Ecuador has a wide variety of typical dishes such as:

Ceviche: that has seafood, lemon, onions, tomato and more, accompanied by patacones and chifles.


Fritada: Made of pork accompanied by potatoes, corn, sweet, patacones, pickles, onions and tomato.



Encebollado: Some of its ingredients are fish, onion, tomato, shrimp, yucca and you can also add lemon and some people eat it with bread or chifles.
